10/28/2023 0 Comments 21 day fix extreme upper body workout![]() ![]() Though this workout on its own wasn’t especially challenging, I know I have to expect hardcore routines next week, so this helped me get in the mental space to move on to Extreme. The workout includes sample moves from six of the seven Extreme workouts (all but yoga). It runs about 26 minutes, and there’s lots of information included as Autumn discusses the format of the program and mentions the nutrition plans. I did not, however, want to do Total Body Cardio Fix, so instead I tried the sample workout for Extreme. ![]() This last week of 21 DF encourages doubles, and since I had Pilates Fix scheduled for today, I felt capable of doing a double. I am almost finished my second consecutive round of 21 Day Fix Real Time and plan to start Extreme on Monday, July 15.
